ACT Testing
In October all freshmen and sophomores took the ACT test. The 9th grade test (EXPLORE) and the 10th grade test (PLAN) were given for the third consecutive year free of charge by our district.
These tests show where your student is academically in the areas of math, reading, english, and science. The test standards serve as a direct link between what students have learned, what they are ready to learn next, and what they must learn before leaving high school in order to be prepared for college.
Students will receive the test results for both the EXPLORE (9th grade) and PLAN (10th grade) in December.
